An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional senior leader to join Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form (KNGS). Deputy Headteacher (Students)

Permanent, Full Time

 Available from Easter 2025 (preferably) or September 2025

Salary L18 – L22 (£75,675 – £83,464 per annum)

You will be joining KNGS at an exciting point in its journey as a founding member of the West Midlands Academy Trust (WMAT) from January 2025.  As a school, we strive to “open a world of opportunities” for our students enabling them to demonstrate respect and courage in order to flourish. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher, inspiring leader and team player with the ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively to ensure their vision, and that of the schools are accomplished successfully. They will have a passion to lead the pastoral team, safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and attitudes to learning. The successful candidate will not be the DSL, but will line manage the DSL and a team of staff fulfilling this role.
