West Midlands Academy Trust (WMAT) has successfully secured £881,000 through the Department for Education’s Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) to support essential building improvements across all three of its schools.

This is a highly competitive fund, with 1,706 applications submitted nationally. In Birmingham, only 12 schools were successful, including just four secondary schools, three of which are part of WMAT.

This funding will allow us to address key building priorities and ensure our environments remain safe, well-maintained and fit for learning.
